📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 construction workers, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with the project manager to address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability guidelines.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in residential projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Certification in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction materials and equipment.
