As an Experienced Asian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of a diverse menu of Asian dishes. Your daily tasks will include managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and collaborating with the head chef to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of a diverse menu of Asian dishes, including Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisines.
• Manage and mentor a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the head chef and other culinary staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
• Develop and implement efficient kitchen workflows and procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage food costs.
• Participate in training and development activities for kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in an Asian cuisine restaurant or similar establishment.
• Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisines.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools, including commercial stoves, ovens, grills, and food preparation equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of culinary professionals.
• Valid food handler's certification and knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
