📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with clients, artists, and vendors to develop and execute creative event concepts.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of event production, including logistics, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee vendor coordination, including catering, decor, and entertainment.
• Create and manage event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional content, and social media campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the event planning process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event production and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
