📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of field collectors, ensuring they meet daily and monthly collection targets.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their performance and skills.
• Monitor and track team performance using Salesforce and other relevant tools.
• Ensure all collections are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring all interactions are professional and customer-centric.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Collection Team Leader or similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team to achieve collection targets.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant field collection tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
