Lean Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for leading Lean initiatives, conducting value stream mapping, and implementing Kaizen events. You will also provide training and coaching to employees on Lean principles and tools. With your expertise in Lean Six Sigma and a strong background in process improvement, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our operational goals and maintain our competitive edge in the mining and manufacturing industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead Lean initiatives and drive operational excellence by implementing Lean methodologies.
• Conduct value stream mapping and identify areas for improvement.
• Organize and facilitate Kaizen events to solve problems and improve processes.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on Lean principles and tools.
• Monitor and analyze process performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Utilize Lean software tools such as Minitab and Lean Enterprise to support your initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Lean and process improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean and process improvement.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean methodologies in a manufacturing or mining environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and techniques, including value stream mapping, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using Lean software tools such as Minitab and Lean Enterprise.
• Ability to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
