📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-person training sessions for new and existing customers, focusing on product knowledge, best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our clients.
• Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our customers' needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, and share your insights with the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within our team and customer base.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials for our internal team.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a trainer or educator, with a strong background in teaching or facilitating training sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of billing and invoicing processes, and a passion for helping businesses streamline their operations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with billing and invoicing software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks, is a plus.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, education, or a related discipline.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
