📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of facilities and general services.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of all facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
- Oversee the inventory of facilities supplies and equipment.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure their resolution in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to facility staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of facility management software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
- Certification in Facility Management is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
