• Manage and oversee industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement specialists, and clients, to drive project success.
• Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project and SAP to plan, track, and report on project progress.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and company guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project and SAP.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, automation, and energy management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
