In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions and valuations for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities.,Conduct thorough due diligence on potential transactions, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.,Prepare and present comprehensive valuation reports and financial models to support transaction decisions.,Negotiate and structure deals with clients and counterparties to maximize value and minimize risk.,Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth execution of transactions.,Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in M&A and corporate finance.,Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure the highest standards of performance and professionalism.,Provide strategic advice to clients on business development and growth initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.,10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.,Proven track record of successful transaction execution and valuation projects.,Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk analysis.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and regulatory environment is a plus.,Certifications in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking are a plus.
