📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to plan and execute fleet movements efficiently.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, implementing strategies to reduce expenses without compromising performance.,Handle fleet insurance and other related administrative tasks.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance to the management team.,Resolve any issues or conflicts related to fleet operations promptly and effectively.,Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations governing fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with logistics and transportation industry standards and best practices.
