📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up the venue, and managing the event timeline.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they have a pleasant experience throughout the event.,Oversee the service staff, ensuring they are well-trained and providing excellent service to guests.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at the banquet venue.,Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during the event, resolving them promptly and professionally.,Prepare and serve food and beverages according to the event menu and guest preferences.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service.,Prepare and present banquet menus, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event staffing.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
