📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting and tax functions of the organization,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations and laws,Conduct tax planning and preparation, including tax filings and audits,Manage and mentor junior accounting and tax staff,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using accounting software and tax preparation software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus
