CAST Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This is an immediate position, so we are looking for someone who can start right away.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly welcome.,Check guests in and out, and assist with their check-in/check-out process.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries from guests and other parties.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, and work to resolve them promptly and professionally.,Assist with front desk operations, including managing keys, room assignments, and other related tasks.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services available to guests.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
