📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.,Conduct financial analyses and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Prepare and manage the company's budget and forecast.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification, such as CPA or CMA, is a plus.
