📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients.
  • Assist pharmacists in compounding and dispensing medications.
  • Monitor and report on medication usage and patient adherence.
  • Educate patients on medication use and potential side effects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient medication histories.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety.
  • Stay up-to-date on new medications and treatment protocols.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for patient records and medication management.
  • Valid pharmacist assistant license and certification.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
