📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure all food is prepared according to high standards of quality and safety.,Develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts.,Maintain food costs and inventory levels to optimize profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.,Represent the restaurant at culinary events and industry functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
