📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance schedules to optimize costs and efficiency,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and insurance requirements,Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance and reduce operational costs,Conduct regular inspections and audits of fleet vehicles to identify and address any issues,Provide training and support to drivers and other fleet staff as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures related to fleet operations,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
