SHIFT Abadi is looking for a Lead Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company. You will work closely with the management team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Monitor and control the financial performance of the company, identifying areas for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to provide financial analysis and advice.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records and documents.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.,Train and mentor junior accountants and other staff members in accounting principles and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
