As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
  • Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
  • Help in the administration of employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
