📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Ensure the security and integrity of the IT systems and data.,Provide training and documentation to end-users on the use of IT systems and tools.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure is current and secure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies as needed.,Work with other departments to ensure that IT systems and infrastructure meet the needs of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
