📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and statistics.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
