Den Express Abadi is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. This role is based in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan, and offers a competitive salary of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet, including regular maintenance and inspections.,Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including driver training and vehicle documentation.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and reliable service delivery.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of fleet performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and maintain vehicle insurance and other related policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other fleet personnel as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and policies in the transportation industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
