📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a fleet of drivers, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Monitor and optimize fleet performance using Fleet Management System (FMS) and Global Positioning System (GPS).
• Conduct regular driver training and safety briefings to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and generate reports for management.
• Ensure all vehicles are regularly maintained and serviced to prevent breakdowns and accidents.
• Resolve any issues related to fleet operations and coordinate with relevant departments to find effective solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Certification in Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent.
• Proven experience with Fleet Management System (FMS) and Global Positioning System (GPS).
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
