📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring they run smoothly.,Managing and mentoring a team of staff.,Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.,Handling any disciplinary issues that may arise within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the media industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with media production processes and tools.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Experience in managing a team of staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
