📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our retail clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products.,Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
