📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the operations of the company.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the operations team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations team, providing feedback and support as needed.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that operations run smoothly and that all necessary resources are available.,Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that orders are fulfilled promptly.,Conduct regular audits of operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
