📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and developing menus.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food products and services.,Maintain and organize inventory and supplies.,Monitor food costs and prepare budget reports.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Contribute to the overall success of the culinary team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Head Chef.,Proven experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering company.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with various cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
