In this role, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspections, servicing, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety regulations.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost efficiency of the fleet.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

🛠️ Keahlian

Fleet management software experience is a plus.Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.Multilingual skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
