📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in creating training materials and presentations,Work with graphic designers to enhance visual elements in documentation,Provide support to customers and partners through documentation and FAQs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent grammar and vocabulary,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Experience in creating documentation for software or hardware products is a plus
