📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or equivalent role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
