📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.,Monitor and maintain patient records and documentation.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.,Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
