📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist store managers in developing and implementing retail strategies, including merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels using our in-house inventory management system.
• Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance on customer service, sales techniques, and store operations.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to store managers and the central office.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of store events, such as grand openings, sales promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Work closely with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise in the store.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of retail software, including SAP Retail and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and work in different store locations.
