📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Count and balance cash at the end of each shift,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships,Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
